Greater World Automation ("we", "us"), a brand of OZOR INC. (Metro Atlanta, GA) provides automation services to businesses. This policy explains how we handle information on greaterworldmedia.com and in services we operate for clients.
Information we collect
Information you submit (name, business, email, phone, message); basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via server logs; and, when acting for a client, the call, text, and lead data of that client's customers.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, and send service-related messages. We do not sell personal information.
AI and automated messages
Our chatbot and some messages are generated with AI models from third-party providers. Content you type into the chatbot may be processed by those providers to generate a reply. AI responses are labeled and may be inaccurate; a human is available on request.
SMS
Text messages are sent only to people who contacted the business or opted in. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. See our SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers (such as our telephony provider) that deliver messages on our behalf.
Marketing emails include our physical address and an unsubscribe link; opt-outs are honored within 10 business days.
Contact form
Submissions from our contact form are processed by Web3Forms, which receives the information you enter (name, business, email, phone, package interest and consent choices) and forwards it to our inbox by email. Web3Forms acts as our service provider for this purpose.
Service providers
We use vendors such as hosting, Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Twilio (telephony), CRM, and AI providers, bound by their own terms. When we process data on behalf of a client, we act as their service provider.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. [If analytics are added before launch, name the tool here and describe what it collects.] The embedded chatbot demo runs in your browser and does not store your messages.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed and use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
Request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing inquiry@greaterworldmedia.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
